Founded on July 17, 2022, Coyzoon is built on a foundation of artisan craftsmanship and reliable customer service. We specialize in creating premium handmade leather accessories, merging traditional techniques with contemporary design. Our operational hub is based in Shenzhen, China, from where we manage design, craftsmanship, and global distribution directly to our customers, primarily in the USA. These Terms are designed to reflect our commitment to clarity, fairness, and the high standards of service that have defined our business since its inception. By engaging with Coyzoon, you are participating in a direct-to-consumer model that values transparency from our workshop to your doorstep.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

  • Using the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, server, or network.

4. Product Information and Orders

All handmade leather accessories featured on the Site are subject to availability. We strive to display colors and textures as accurately as possible, but please be aware that monitor calibrations vary, and natural leather possesses inherent variations that enhance its unique character. These variations are not defects but a hallmark of genuine handmade goods.

By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. You authorize us to charge all amounts incurred by you to the chosen payment method.

Sales tax or other applicable duties will be added to your order total where required by law. For international shipments, you are responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or fees levied by the destination country, which are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Title

Shipping Policy:

  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago) will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday).
  • Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse: Room 1203, 12th Floor, Zhenqian Mansion, Gongye Road, Longhua Street, Longhua District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China 518110.
  • Transit & Delivery: Estimated transit time is 7-12 business days (Mon-Fri). Total estimated delivery time to all destinations is 8-14 business days from the date of order confirmation. These are estimates only and not a guarantee. Coyzoon is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Coyzoon pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the international carrier for shipment.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our return policy is designed to be fair and straightforward, reflecting our confidence in the quality of our handmade leather goods.

  • Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges for items in new, unused, and original packaging condition within 30 days of the delivery date. All returns must be pre-approved by our support team.
  • Process: To initiate a return or exchange, you must first contact our support team via email at support@coyzoon.com, phone, contact form, or live chat. Unauthorized returns sent without approval may be refused.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or arrived damaged. We provide free shipping for approved exchanges or replacements under these circumstances.
  • Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5 business days. No restocking fees apply.
  • Defective/Damaged Items: Please contact us immediately if you receive a defective or damaged product. We will provide a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS SOLD ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COYZOON DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

9. Indemnification

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Longhua District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.
