4. Order Confirmation & Payment Authorization

Your payment method will be authorized for the total order amount. This is a temporary hold to ensure funds are available.

Your order then enters our verification process. Once verified and prepared for shipment (within 1-2 business days, Mon-Fri), your payment will be formally captured and the transaction completed.
If your payment authorization fails, your order will not be processed, and you will be notified to update your payment information.
5. Pricing, Taxes, and Duties

Product Prices: All prices displayed on our website are in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price valid at the time your order is placed.

Sales Tax: For customers within jurisdictions where we are required to collect sales tax, it will be clearly calculated and added to your order total during checkout.

International Customs & Import Duties: Orders shipped directly from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China to international destinations, including the USA, may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not collected or controlled by Coyzoon. We cannot predict what these charges may be. Please contact your local customs office for information specific to your region.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed in accordance with our Return Policy, summarized here for your convenience:

Eligibility: Refunds are issued for returns initiated within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in new, unused condition and the return has been pre-approved by our support team.

Processing Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our facility (Room 1203, 12th Floor, Zhenqian Mansion, Shenzhen), your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Refund Amount: You will be refunded the full product purchase price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defect or damage.

Method: Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different card or account.
7. Billing & Order Cut-off Information

Order Cut-off Time: To ensure same-day processing, orders must be placed by 5:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next available business day (Monday-Friday).

Billing Descriptor: Charges on your statement will appear under our business name, "COYZOON" or a similar identifier.

Order Changes/Cancellations: If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately at support@coyzoon.com. We can only cancel orders that have not yet entered the fulfillment stage. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be cancelled and must be handled through our return process upon delivery.
8. Dispute Resolution & Fraud Prevention
We actively monitor transactions for fraudulent activity. In cases of suspected fraud, we reserve the right to cancel any transaction and contact the relevant authorities. If you believe an unauthorized transaction has occurred on your account, please contact us immediately using the details below and also notify your bank or payment provider.
