Founded on July 17, 2022, Coyzoon was established with a vision to deliver masterfully crafted handmade leather accessories directly from our artisan workshop to a global audience. Our shipping policy reflects this foundational commitment to clarity, reliability, and exceptional service. Based in the manufacturing hub of Shenzhen, we leverage strategic logistics to ensure each hand-finished wallet, bag, and accessory is transported with care and efficiency directly to your doorstep, primarily serving customers across the United States. This document details the journey your Coyzoon product undertakes, from our secure warehouse to your home.

2. Processing & Handling

Every Coyzoon product is carefully inspected, packaged, and prepared for its journey in our dedicated facility. Our handling process ensures your handmade leather accessory arrives in perfect condition.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Order Cut-off: For same-business-day processing, orders must be placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next available business day.
  • Facility: All items ship from our centralized operational hub: Room 1203, 12th Floor, Zhenqian Mansion, Gongye Road, Longhua Street, Longhua District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China 518110.

3. Shipping Destinations & Carriers

We specialize in and primarily serve customers in the United States. We ship all orders via trusted international carriers such as FedEx, DHL, or USPS, depending on the destination and service level. The specific carrier and service for your order are chosen to provide the optimal balance of speed, reliability, and cost.

4. Delivery Timeframes

As each of our leather accessories is made and prepared with individual attention, followed by an international journey, we provide the following transparent estimates:

  • Transit Time: Once shipped, packages typically take 7-12 business days (Monday through Friday) to clear customs and travel to destinations in the USA.
  • Total Delivery Estimate: The total time from order confirmation to delivery is estimated at 8-14 business days for all destinations.
  • Important Note: These timeframes are estimates only and not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery can be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs clearance procedures, weather events, carrier delays, local holidays, and incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Shipping Costs

Coyzoon is pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to the USA. There are no hidden handling or shipping fees added at checkout for standard delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal. You can use this to monitor your package’s journey in real-time from our warehouse to your local delivery depot.

7. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

  • International Shipments: All packages shipped from China to the USA are subject to customs declaration.
  • Customer Responsibility: As the importer of record, you are solely responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees levied by your country's customs authorities upon arrival. Coyzoon has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
  • Non-Payment Consequences: Failure to pay applicable duties and taxes may result in delays or the return of your package. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information specific to your region.

8. Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete, correct, and deliverable shipping address at the time of order placement. Please double-check your address details before confirming your purchase. Coyzoon is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to correct an address, you must contact our support team immediately at support@coyzoon.com. Once an order has entered the shipping process, address changes may not be possible.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • In-Transit Damage: If your package arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible and contact our support team within 24 hours with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement.
  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period (typically beyond 5 business days past the estimated delivery date), please contact us. We will initiate a trace with the carrier. If the package is deemed lost, we will reship your order at our expense.
  • Stolen Packages: Coyzoon is not responsible for packages confirmed as "delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently stolen from the delivery location. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location is provided.

10. Returns & Exchanges Shipping

Please refer to our full Return Policy for details. Key shipping-related points are:

  • Returns: Must be pre-approved. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our Shenzhen facility unless the item is defective or arrived damaged.
  • Exchanges/Replacements: For defective or damaged items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item at our facility. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
